We chose RED as the title of the book because we are part of a worldwide revolution. We are raising our voices. We are “seeing red” as the expression goes. The buying and selling of human beings is a travesty, blight on mankind. Good people cannot stand in silence, while victims are enticed, kidnapped or deceived only to be abused, traumatized and victimized. Through the pages of this book our hope us to give a tiny glimpse into one city of contrasts where beauty and danger co-exist.
